Refund & Returns Policy
At Propulse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items and customised products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
